Interestingly the EHRC have contacted me (don't get too excited).
I applied to the Equality Advisory Support Service in September 2025 to look at this and to past to the EHRC as a matter of urgency. They basically said they got the email, that was it.
the EASS got back to me on 27th March, 9 days after court papers submitted, 5 days after press coverage, asking:
"The EHRC have contacted our service and have asked if you have any further information that you would like to share and to also find out more generally and get an update on the situation.
However, they have advised that this is for intelligence gathering purposes rather than exploring any specific EHRC action."
Feels too close to occurrences for this to be chance, but, it's a big universe and a lotto stuff just happens at the same time.
Not quite sure what to actually say, I mean, other than there is an application for a judicial review and have they not heard?
