I am quite doubtful about much of this story. I think it's publicity seeking mainly.

I am sure that there are situations where a woman that tall will occasionally be taken for a man at first glance. She's an extreme outlier height wise and from the back, or not moving, it's totally plausible that someone might think that.

And these days, with many actual men dressing up in what would normally be clothes and make up work by women, I can see how someone might second guess themselves even at second glance.

But I don't think the error is likely to last long after hearing her speak - that almost always reveals the truth.

I am a fully committed sex realist and I don’t believe men have any place in women’s facilities but challenging a person I believe to be male would be a huge ordeal - for precisely the same reason I don’t think he should be there in the first place.
