Other ways to recover a debt:

Attachment of earnings (an agreed amount gets deducted from your earnings every month... if you have earnings of course)

Bailiffs seizing stuff for resale - but seeing the size of the debts and the fact that this person appears to depend on public funds, this would be a non starter

Hayden asked for an extension from 28 to 90 days to pay the initial £20k but on being questioned by the judge admitted that it wouldn’t make any difference to raising the cash.

Hayden was refused permission to appeal, but his next step appears to be a direct appeal to the court of appeal.

An application can be made for high crt balifs to recover the debt either at the time of the costs award or at a later date.
The question is if a babies order is enforceable due to lack of funds and/or assets. Though sh should have been declared bankrupt quite some time ago with all his outstanding costs awards.

He doesn't strike me as a person who will spend his own personal fortune or capital on others, despite his rhetoric. It's always someone else's money (with a cheeky skim to him and his organisations - oh well man's gotta eat).

When there is any danger of all this (gestures widely at involvement with clearly mad people doing mad mad things skirting legality) affecting his personal wealth, he'll drop it/them like it's/them's hot and move on. He will always have his money and property safely insulated and at arm's length from any danger. That's his professional expertise after all.
