This from Spooky Deutschkron on Twitter

Update .

You may have noticed I’ve protected my account, for what it’s worth.

There will be no further updates from me I’m afraid, as I’ve been asked to leave the court.

After the earlier lying about me pinching him and threatening me with a surprise coming, the last straw was when he told me to “fucking kill yourself you fucking twat”. Because we’d all laughed at something Hayden had said and he’d shushed us. I told him to be quiet, he then said the thing about killing myself.

I sat with that for a bit and felt that he’d crossed a line and that I should tell security, coupled with the filming of me (all of us) leaving last night, I was starting to feel alarm , distress and harassed .

So I told the security guard what happened. They brought Tarquin out who then proceeded to shout in the packed lobby that I had serious mental health issues and was a diagnosed schizophrenic and I post about it online.

The security guard came back and told us we were both barred on orders of the Judge. One of the security guards said it was because I called Tarquin an idiot for lying as I had witnesses.

So a situation that I tried to get help for left me in a far more stressful situation with him following me up the road.

I am feeling so guilty for letting Mathew down, I would never have asked for help had I known the consequences.

Currently sniffling into a hot chocolate outside Pret and considering my next move. I’m surrounded by people so I feel safe for now .

I’m so sorry you guys , I’ve let everyone down .

And I don’t want this to overshadow the most important part of this whole thing which is Matthew’s trial.

.

The replies to this tweet were generally along the lines of:

"You've let no one down. Thank you for being there and so sorry that psychopath targeted you."

Tarquin really is a little shit, isn't he.

A dangerously unhinged one.

It seems unfair if the recipient was ejected too, unless there was more to it.

I don't think so. These men have a habit of playing victim when they are anything but and getting authorities to believe them. Because they're so vulnerable and marginalised.

I hope that's because FT came across as poorly as one might hope and not because Gengar's counsel wasn't available tomorrow anyway.

Why was Hayden giving evidence from behind a screen?

Distractable · 20/10/2026 16:25

Latest from Caroline: "The judge makes no finding of fact but says that there is a prima facie case to answer, regarding the post containing the ICU comment. Case adjourned until December. Court rose to determine the date."

The ICU comment was a tweet mentioned in yesterday's evidence.

Poor Matthew, more waiting.

Cosplaying the scared little victim?

So, it looks like the key tweet seems to still be up on Matthew's feed, and not aimed at Hayden, who was not involved in the thread as far as I can see. It seems to imply that Hayden was saying that. But perhaps there was another tweet? I'd link, but Matthew's profile is protected. Unbelievably poor if this is indeed the one being referenced.

From LG’s solicitor:

R v Heath update. The case for the prosecution is finished. The judge declined an application for no case to answer so the case is adjourned until 11 December to hear defendant’s witnesses and final submissions.

Caroline Farrow has posted some interesting snippets on X:

Under cross examination Hayden denied that he had "battered anyone around the head with a golf club".

Counsel read the judgement and showed as an exhibit, the wording stating that the victim was bleeding profusely from a wound in the head.

And:

Counsel also said this to the complainant:

"You can't help yourself can you? Visiting people's addresses and harassing them online."

Hayden visited my house, Kate Scottow's house, Adrian Yalland's house, Harvey Cuthbert's house, Darren Duckworth's house and in all likelihood many others.

He also spent 7 years 'joking' about coming to my house.

It will never fail to astonish me how we as a society fell for this utter bilge. Harry Fair Cop has a criminal conviction because the police listened to Lynsey W. This hulking man beast has had forces jumping to his tune despite being, on the face of it, an utter cockwomble. Why? How on earth has anyone listened to him, Watson or tarquin and ever thought, yep sounds legit?

Another2Cats · 21/10/2026 14:35

I missed this bit from yesterday. On Twitter, Caroline Farrow was asked "How did cross examination go?"

Her reply:

The judge reminded the claimant that calling someone "a shithouse and a coward" is unacceptable.

Sorry complainant. Not claimant. Potayto/potato...

Also seem to remember that LG was doxxed with photos of his home posted on Twitter.
