'The UK’s first transgender judge has launched a case against the UK in the European court of human rights challenging the process that led to the supreme court’s ruling on biological sex.
The retired judge Victoria McCloud, who is now a litigation strategist at W-Legal, is seeking a rehearing of the case, arguing that the supreme court undermined her article 6 rights to a fair trial when it refused to hear representation from her and did not hear evidence from any other trans individuals or groups.'

The Amnesty representative was, I believe, non-binary?

So, just like that Australian guy who is genderfluid, McCloud has female people shepherding McCloud to enable access to the female single sex toilets, knowing what the SC judgement has said and that female people have publicly stated it causes them distress.

This is the person I refer to. A male person who seems to mostly use male toilets in his ‘male’ moments but decided to use the female toilets at this place despite security asking him not to. His female companions decided to shepherd him into the toilets in outrage that he was being told he shouldn’t be there.

So, I imagine McCloud’s friends doing the same.

I, for one, simply don't believe that any man who identifies as a woman isn't, at best, highly sexist.

It's baked into the very concept. Performing stereotypes in order to uphold them, and using the presence of women as validation.

I bet McCloud didn't even realise it, it's that innate.

it doesn't stop him being being rational or fair in other areas, I suppose. But the fact that he sets himself higher than at least half the population must have leached out somewhere, whether people saw it or not.
