Kind of makes sense if you are an organisation that believes that some men are women.

Pleasantsort · 09/07/2025 08:27

Can you put the contents of the post up for those of us not on X please? Is that the "fragrant" Steph of Portsmouth Labour Party? (Gets eye rolls ready).

PronounssheRa · 09/07/2025 08:28

I wonder if they are fishing for a legal case?

If Labour say no to Steph, they will challenge in court.

Steph is part of translucent and they want to challenge the SC ruling, this could be one of the vehicles they will try to use.

Cabbageheads · 09/07/2025 08:33

Is Steph the man who was associated with an endometriosis charity despite having absolutely no experience with the disease?

HaveYouActuallyDoneAnyWashingThisWeekMum · 09/07/2025 08:35

Of course they have

MrsOvertonsWindow · 09/07/2025 08:37

Ah Steph - who so dislikes the idea of women meeting together and speaking that Steph organises protests outside FILIA conferences. So women are greeted with threats of sexual violence and assault from Steph's protesters.

When Steph shows you who Steph really is, believe them.......

Ding ding ding

I think it’s exactly that

Yes. Knows as much about being a woman as he does about endometriosis.

Yes, and also did an interview on GB News recently where he said you can tell if young children are trans when girls like rough and tumble play and boys like playing with dolls 😐

Male breastfeeding
If there’s one oxymoron guaranteed to produce instant nausea it’s this 🤮

Bannedontherun · 09/07/2025 08:58

Well he would have to be appointed, before it becomes an issue so not difficult for Labour to dodge out of the situation.

Seems to me it is so similar to the core FWS challenge re Scottish Boards, that there is no way this will happen.

But we will see….

SporadicMincePieMuncher · 09/07/2025 09:17

. Tweet content has already been posted.

It's no surprise that a trans rights advocacy group is putting a transwoman forward for a women's post. If Labour are smart they'll just select somebody else for the post and make a comment about her fantastic experience and passion for the role.

SabrinaThwaite · 09/07/2025 09:18

Also in the Telegraph.

Clearly not a very bright man at all

womanbornn · 09/07/2025 09:41

Nadia Whittmore MP frothing with excitement at her support for the trans rights alliance.
Just to clarify with any visiting trolls, I mean TRA, is it considered fine for a trans rights alliance to exist, but not fine for an LGB alliance to exist?

Helleofabore · 09/07/2025 09:44

It is indeed. Steph who organised the Portsmouth protests in front of Filia where male protestors tried to silence women discussing their sexual assaults, rapes and abuse. Where some of those male protestors wrote things like suck my trans dick on the pavement where those women and any passers by had to walk, including children.

And the same Steph who became a spokesperson and CEO for an Endometriosis group.

And founder of Translucent who is fighting the SC judgement

I think when you get all the activities that Richards has been involved in over the past years, it is quite clear to see that Richards is not at all concerned about the needs of female people. Only one group of people is Richards' focus - male people who say they have a transgender identity.

Steph Richards seems to be keen to do anything to get that group prioritised while never once even showing understanding about talking over the top of female people...

Richards is the antithesis of 'Women's Officer' representation.

Because liking dolls is evidence of a female brain, right?

It’s highly significant that the group of men attempting to dominate all discussion on women is very small. The same names crop up, over and over. These men appear to be attempting a hostile takeover on principle and have no interest whatsoever in women. It’s frankly grim.

It really is significant too that the same names feature. They are attempting to make a career out of their activism ie. their misogyny.

For some transexuals it seems that being "trans" totally dominates their identities & their whole shtick is about being "trans". I don't know whether this is just a vocal minority or whether it's the same for all transexuals. I suspect it is a majority if not all of them because of the constant reminders about their disorder what with the post-surgical problems, lifelong cross-sex hormones & the ever present anxiety about "passing".

ChimpanzeeThatMonkeyNews · 09/07/2025 11:51

Of course they have. TWAW donchaknow?!
