It really is significant too that the same names feature. They are attempting to make a career out of their activism ie. their misogyny.

That’s 👌🏼

Steph the “ Hey laydees, why not feed your baby the liquid that oozes from your man breasts if you take enough chemicals “ Steph?

Clearly someone who has great insight into what being a woman means, even down to being an expert on endometriosis.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 09/07/2025 12:12

I thought he already had been the CLP women’s officer TBH.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 09/07/2025 12:14

Oh, this is for the “Trans Rights Alliance”, whatever that is. Underwhelming isn’t the word 😂

It's also interesting that so many are infamous for deeply unpleasant, anti social behaviours like.
Promoting extreme porn involving the mutilation of women
Organising protests enabling sexual threats and abuse of women
Celebrating male lactation fetishes that put babies at risk
The excessive number of sex offenders according to the MoJ statistics.

It's no wonder that the public are calling out these behaviours. The comments under the Telegraph article make that very clear:

The gig really is now up. Their obsessions with porn, fetish, bullying women are all in the open and until they start tackling the issues in their own movement, the public will keep on pointing out the dangers too many pose to women and children.

LGB Labour are considering legal action if party rules are not followed. Keep watching this space. This could get big.

Note the "Trans Rights alliance" is one of the trans factions inside Labour. There is a division over tactics and position. It will be interesting to see if the TRA candidates win in LGBT Labour internal elections or whether the more restrained existing committee wins out. For the pro-women side TRA wins might actually be beneficial as they will probably marginalise LGBT Labour, further alienate the leadership and do a bunch of stunts which will weaken their support inside the wider party.

Steph Richards being forced to stand down from standing for legal reasons also will be a huge win for women and gays in the party. So this could be another self inflicted disaster from the trans side.

Some of the X discussion.

Many people say that trans ideology is a men's rights movement. The 'Trans Alliance' (seeking to take over the once-great LGBT+ Labour) has set out to prove this. Also breaking party rules by putting a man forward to be Women's Officer.

As Labour Party members, we are concerned that an affiliated socialist society is considering breaking the law by appointing a male into a position reserved for women. We are asking LGBT+ Labour to tell us whether they believe this is permissible.

LabourLGB

The ⁦Telegraph⁩ picks up this story and gives us a mention as we wonder whether ⁦UKLabour⁩ will condemn the nomination as unlawful or do we need to consider legal proceedings?

Richard Cotton

I was a member of the Labour Campaign for Gay Rights 40 odd years ago, but LGBT+ Labour promotes the gender identity ideology at the expense of lesbian and gay rights. I've nothing against people who identify as the opposite sex but what has that to do with homosexuality?

LesbianLabour

None of our Team are members of LGBTLabour
as they refused to let us join them when we launched our campaign for lesbian rights describing us as ‘obsessed with our sexual boundaries’. We objected of course, same-sex attracted is not an obsession it’s a description of a lesbian.

Parsley
Did they really use those words? And not read them back and wonder if they were the baddies?

LesbianLabour
They wrote them in the email they sent us following our request to join them, along with the words, transphobes and hate speech.

A very sly, arrogant man.

Yeah I think he was in Portsmouth. He stood as a Councillor and did really badly. I had already left Labour ages before then. (Was a naughty tervan).

TheOtherRaven · 09/07/2025 16:16

Oh PLEASE get all that out in public and all over the papers. Please! I'll come with tea and biscuits!

Good grief.

Is Steph the man who was associated with an endometriosis charity despite having absolutely no experience with the disease?

Edited

You don't need heart issues to become a cardiologist, so I don't think this argument stacks up

But, I do agree that TW are not women (as we all know, deep down, although some choose to deny cit)

No, but you do need a medical degree and years of additional training, you can't just rock up and do it.

Steph appears to have no relevant qualifications or experience of any kind.

Richard’s took places from women on discussion panels about the topic if I remember correctly. It wasn’t just a CEO role. It was a public figure role as well.

But Steph has neither a medical background nor any lived experience of endometriosis, so not exactly a prime candidate for the role. Did they bring in shed loads of funding to the charity, or just a media backlash?

Think it was another step in "Operation Let Them Speak" with people all over the country ridiculing a tone deaf non medical man claiming a role in leading a women's endometriosis charity.
So much sunlight.🌞

Ereshkigalangcleg · 09/07/2025 23:15

Yes, remember when they went on Woman’s Hour?

Toseland · 09/07/2025 23:18

Smuggy McSmugface.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 09/07/2025 23:21

I remember them being sure to make a point that endometriosis wasn’t in any way a women’s issue because men got it too, both “trans men” and actual men 🙄

For some transexuals it seems that being "trans" totally dominates their identities & their whole shtick is about being "trans". I don't know whether this is just a vocal minority or whether it's the same for all transexuals. I suspect it is a majority if not all of them because of the constant reminders about their disorder what with the post-surgical problems, lifelong cross-sex hormones & the ever present anxiety about "passing".

I went to a music event recently and the headline artist was trans. The event was not in any way related to trans rights and I didn't even know they were trans before I went as I was purely into the music. They had to bang on at the end about trans this and trans that and I was just thinking...shut up, it's irrelevant.

Floisme · 10/07/2025 07:35

I feel a bit sorry for the Labour Party having to deal with this.

Just joking! I might have done at one time but now I have no sympathy whatsoever.

They cancelled (sorry ‘postponed’) their own women’s conference rather than deal with this head on. And now here we are.

TheOtherRaven · 10/07/2025 07:55

I wonder how many times we have told them this would come and the longer they stuck their heads in the sand and their arses in the air, the worse it would be when it happened?

No, no sympathy whatsoever here either. Actions say a lot more than the waffle does and the actions have not valued or cared about women in any way.

Relentlessly bang on about their transness is A OK, but don't forget using a gender neutral toilet would be outting!

ChimpanzeeThatMonkeyNews · 09/07/2025 11:51

Of course they have. TWAW donchaknow?!

Not just women, the best women, better at womaning than actual women who keep doing it wrong. 🙄

Mochudubh · 10/07/2025 08:17

If they are a Trans group within labour, the majority if not all the members of which will be trans, wouldn't it be perfectly legal to have a post of "Transwomen's Officer" only open to TW and "Transmen's Officer" only open to transmen?

Why would they not just do that?

Hmmm,🤔

Imnobody4 · 10/07/2025 10:35

This is just a re- run of 2018. This time its going to play out differently.

The founder of a crowdfunding campaign to bar transgender women from all-women shortlists has been suspended from the Labour Party after her name appeared on a “secret hit list” submitted to party officials.

Jennifer James, 51, a Labour activist, set up the campaign this month to fund a legal challenge to the decision to open all-women shortlists up to “all self- defining women” regardless of their legal gender. She says that she supports greater representation of transgender people but that that should not mean fewer places for those born female.
