This is a thread about “keeping the receipts” on NHS Policies prior to the Supreme Court ruling on 16th April 2025.

Our working theory is that there were no single sex spaces for NHS Staff or Patients in the entire country before that date, having all been removed by stealth.

We are aiming to prove this by auditing websites and policies for all the UK trusts and using the results to raise public awareness.

As well as recording what has happened historically, the information will form a baseline so we can check which Trusts comply or defy the judgement in due course...

We are working around the country region by region. If you fancy getting involved in a bit of grassroots feminism then please do join in to help!?

Each trust takes about an hour to research and you can upload online without giving any personal details away. Comment below and we can give you the link to an online survey - it changes for each region.

"Ministers have refused to publish transgender guidance for civil servants, raising concerns about whether the rules respect women’s rights.

The rules about how transgender civil servants should be treated at work were sent to government departments in May.

But the Cabinet Office refused to share the draft policy with The Telegraph because “ministers and officials may not feel comfortable sharing their views”.

This decision not to publish the guidance has raised concerns that it may not respect women’s rights, with Claire Coutinho, the shadow minister for women and equalities, accusing Labour of “running scared of scrutiny”."

South East Coast Ambulance Service appears to be the only one of England’s 10 NHS ambulance trusts to publish transgender staff guidance on its website.
The remaining trusts told The Telegraph that any relevant guidance or policies would only be released in response to Freedom of Information requests.

So probably all of them, then.

Most of the ambulance trusts didn't have staff policy at all - just the practice of self ID which could only be implied from their membership of a Stonewall or other DEI scheme... somewhat sinister IMO! A public body breaks the law knowingly by stealth...

So how on earth are people who worked with a middle aged bloke called John for ten years, supposed to convince themself that now he calls himself Jane, he should be called she? When they know and he knows that he is still the same bloke as before.
