This is a thread about “keeping the receipts” on NHS Policies prior to the Supreme Court ruling on 16th April 2025.

Our working theory is that there were no single sex spaces for NHS Staff or Patients in the entire country before that date, having all been removed by stealth.

We are aiming to prove this by auditing websites and policies for all the UK trusts and using the results to raise public awareness.

As well as recording what has happened historically, the information will form a baseline so we can check which Trusts comply or defy the judgement in due course...

We are working around the country region by region. If you fancy getting involved in a bit of grassroots feminism then please do join in to help!?

Each trust takes about an hour to research and you can upload online without giving any personal details away. Comment below and we can give you the link to an online survey - it changes for each region.

@GreenAllOver I’ve had a go at converting your excellent detective work into a timeline (and added other key events and relevant NHS tribunals/cases) It is a little rough and ready because we didn’t know if it would make it on the website until yesterday! So do have a look and let me know any tweaks

Actually it would be great to have lots of eyes on at first launch with feedback from this thread to beta test it!?

Im not understanding why the EHRC bit of “governing” has had to pause when all sorts of other functions seem to be able to progress just fine 🤔

So proud of the very very small part I played. Have had a pretty shit year so am enormously cheered to see this getting the recognition it deserves and feeling that in some tiny way I contributed to things getting better... or at least more sunlight. Some of that year spent in hospitals in various capacities and it would be really, really nice if women actual got the single sex spaces and care they need and are entitled to and we could reduce the very real risk of sexual assault in the NHS that women are subject to.

And reduce the vast quantities of NHS money wasted on trying to pretend men can be women, gaslighting, coercing and witch hunting the staff who are brave enough to go against NHS ideological indocrination and state biological truth.
