Surely that’s a breach of his parole conditions? Or, more than one breach

If he were an actual woman, surely he would have been arrested. So the police know he's not. Quite aside from the violent threats from a convicted killer.

They all have such bad posture. Is that from the weight of the moobs? Or are they slouching in the hope nobody will notice they're all six foot tall?

He should be behind bars again. He is making very specific threats and given his record of violence, he should be taken seriously.

Isn't it a cultural norm in the UK for men to be without shirts on when it's hot outside or during sporting events? Not sure how this is a protest. Looks more like a game day afternoon.

Sarah Jane Baker is on licence for extremely disturbing and violent offending. He has been recorded inciting violence against three named women. This will be in breach of his licence conditions. As a retired Probation Officer, (specialising in male sex offenders). I believe that his actions should cause him to be recalled to custody.'

Yet again the TRAs get away with this sort of behaviour, and the police still smile and pose for photos with these men.

I'm pretty sure if I were to post violent threats against him, I'd find myself in the local cop shop pronto, and rightly so, so how does someone like him with his rap sheet get away with it?

I’m not bothered about a bunch of men getting their chests out in the summer like many men enjoy doing, but Baker is definitely goading and seeing how far he can push it. Perhaps he prefers it in prison.

I expect so.

And yes, nobody cares about their topless protest. Threats and aggression are another matter.

So let me get this straight a woman goes to prison for inciting violence...and a man incites violence and gets a picture with a police officer?

I can't imagine that J. K. Rowling hasn't instructed her legal team to start something.

But yes, on a serious note, incredible that name individual women and threatening them.

But suspect as there were no consequences last time, and didn't the magistrate almost imply the "emotion" was justified, there is no reason to stop threatening women in public.

I wonder how many TRAs will complain to the BBC that this stunning and brave protest has not been reported on. This man is scary.
