Hopefully there is some evidence in the bundle of the nature of this “carnival-like” atmosphere.

I've not kept up with the transcripts but I have kept a bottle of baileys to the side so I can take a shot every time I read the word dogwhistle.

No in my opinion, it will rely on the Forstarter ruling.

I don’t think it’s relevant to the case, but Jo Grady has tweeted that “UCU and the trade union movement will protect and stand with trans people, whether the law cares or not.”

so not showing much intention to be law abiding.

Can’t imagine FWS making a similar statement.

She doesn’t appear to have grappled with the issues addressed by the actual judgement or the fact that the judges were simply interpreting existing legislation - even though that is where she would need to start if she genuinely had an interest in changing the law.

But they also didn’t see any issue with their treatment of those screening the AHF film. So this is fairly consistent.

It’s worrying that so many large unions are involved in the demo. It calls into question their ability to understand legislation on any issue.

Jo Grady had to pay Paul Embery ( former firefighter) damages after libelling him in some very offensive tweets. He'd asked a group of drunken women on a train to stop using sexually explicit language in front of his kids. She's another grifter on the back of all this.

That libellous tweet by Jo Grady is appalling. She just shot her mouth off, called the poor man some terrible things and refused to apologise. I hope she had to pay the damages and costs out of her own pocket.
