My PIN was fine. If you've been logging in with audio and video (and obviously then turning them off) maybe try entering as an observer instead? Or vice versa? I've had to play around with it on a couple of occasions to get it to work.

ThatPithySheep · 01/04/2025 14:23

@Appalonia it is madness - this morning when he was asking if the film was saying transwomen who are sex offenders are a threat to women and children. I genuinely thought I was hearing things

nauticant · 01/04/2025 14:25

Counsel for UCU is suggesting that the threats on social media against women from trans activists actually come from bots or at least from people who aren't trans activists.

lnks · 01/04/2025 14:27

Is DR O’Neil the woman being questioned now? This PM is the first session I’ve been able to attend and so I’m still getting to know whose who

nauticant · 01/04/2025 14:30

Yes, that's Dr O'Neill.

chilling19 · 01/04/2025 14:34

'Pan fried sexual' - that's a new one

Appalonia · 01/04/2025 14:34

Pan fried sexual!😂

Appalonia · 01/04/2025 14:36

Jokes are illegal now?

Appalonia · 01/04/2025 14:50

I was at that panel discussion!😁

MummBRaaarrrTheEverLeaking · 01/04/2025 14:58

I'm really not sure where they are going with this? All I've got so far is jokes = bad. Only getting uppity women to speak and no other viewpoints = bad. TRA abuse = bots. If it's not bots = relatively minor. Pointing out some TRA behaviour = generalising, bad.

Appalonia · 01/04/2025 15:00

I assume he's trying to show how offensive it was.

Really, UCU's barrister is criticising someone making a silly joke? Is that all he's got?

(Am back in now)

Can anyone watching live confirm if the last comments about Shakespeare were made by the barrister or Dr o Neill.

My pin also not working now, though it was fine this morning. Sigh. Any ideas?

Same happening to me. This also happened in the SP ET when they decided to boot everyone out...

fanOfBen · 01/04/2025 15:24

I've emailed, but with a sinking heart.

Have pp tried again now that the tribunal has restarted?

fanOfBen · 01/04/2025 15:26

Got an autoreply containing a link to the Presidential Directions, which just for added laughs is a broken link.

fanOfBen · 01/04/2025 15:26

Yes, I tried again, but that was never going to work and didn't :-(

Thanks. I'd wondered if TT had made a mistake. It seemed like It could be a response from ON rather than part of the barristers question
