They make it look like I positively enjoy beans of any kind. OK perplexed slightly at the green abominations, but the others... I'm literally bathing in them!

The butter beans were tossed in a bit of olive oil and baked alongside harissa salmon until a bit crispy. DH used to think he didn't like beans but eats these avidly.
