Sympathy
my ankle went pop when I sprained it, it was fairly painful at the time, I was nearly sick. It's not been right since, though it's much better. I never went to the Doc., t'was covid times and I thought they'd be busy. Don't be me. Speak to a medic (your physio?). Soonish. The pop was possibly cartilage or tendon tearing or rupturing. I looked on NHS website, scared myself and decided it would get better by itself. I repeat, don't be me.
Rosy is a lovely name. I thought Amanda, Amanda the Panda, but on reflection prefer Rosy.
