The funny thing is, no one ever needs to have them explained to them!😂

I got into the habit of typing random words into the .gif generator. Sometimes I'd see a good one, think 'I must remember that', then promptly forget it. But 'asparagus'....! Burned into my memory and my retinas.

I had a male colleague explain m/f connectors to me including why they were called male and female- in graphic detail.

I was his boss, and was competently and quietly setting up some new equipment. (Well qualified but a dragged up kid with a working class accent.)

He went to Dragon Prep, Marlborough, and Oxon and was, he thought, a big Leftie. Talk about check your privilege.

He also interrupted a (private) conversation between myself and another woman colleague one time about our poor upbringings. He told her what fun it must have been to be part of such a large family crammed into a two bedroomed terraced house in a slum city area. And how he envied her.

Total gobshite.

I think MNHQ also needs a 🤦🏻‍♀️ reaction option. For him, that is, not you!

Toilet paper arrived! And DH bought a six roll pack of Andrex. It has puppies printed on each sheet. 🤮

DSD has been to a careers fair and brought down her rubbish and her dirty crocks (she has her own supply and she's supposed to bring them down on Wednesdays, but at least she's done it).

And after 30 minutes on hold this morning, it turns out that I have been replying to an email address from the Probate Office that isn't monitored. They've asked for information that I've sent twice and they haven't got and now I know why!

You'd think they would put the proper email address in the email. I wonder how many thousands of people have had a similar experience and can't get their affairs settled.

Has anyone noticed that now that the gerbils aren't being immortalised in their every action they have become rather slovenly? I walked past one earlier with Monday night's special matted into her fur. And don't get me started on the paw prints in the cake they brought earlier.
