One of the judges has his head in his hands, and another couldn't quite believe what he was having to say ( A TW attracted to women is now a lesbian)

Judges are asking great questions. At the beginning of yesterday it all felt a bit hopeless but today they really appear to have grasped the issues.

He then points out that you can't ask these people whether they have a certificate or not.

Crawford responds "well you can ask for a birth certificate."

The judge then remarks "and these people may or may not look like a man?"
