On the 'after lunch point', when a judge asks you a question (I'm a barrister) it's good practice to answer it immediately otherwise the judge gets annoyed/frustrated. If you say 'I'll answer after lunch' it means you don't have a clue and will have a very frantic lunch break trying to come up with an answer!

(I have short hair, don't wear make up and always wear trousers, jumpers and boots. So I was hoping to find out how to improve. I did give birth 3 times though. So there is that).

What’s your take on the two sides’ cases so far @WeeBisom ? It’s difficult for us non-lawyers to parse the merit and elegance of their arguments. To an untrained ear, yesterday’s submissions seemed more substantial and compelling. I don’t know if the legal precedents they drew on were appropriate and compelling ones, for example.
