The Scottish Government say that lesbians cannot exclude males if they have a GRC.

The barrister suggests that they would need to also advance a belief, so gender critical lesbians could exclude non gender critical lesbians.

Every GC lesbian group that has set up is demonstrated and harassed and threatened.

So lesbian groups must admit MwaGRC. But gender-critical lesbian groups can exclude 'lesbian' MwaGRC. BUT that wouldn’t allow them to exclude 'lesbian' MwaGRC who also claimed to hold a gender critical belief.

And this 'isn't an equality issue'!

So does this mean that a natal woman with a GRC (who identifies as a man) can't join a lesbian group because her sex is legally male, even though there's loads of 'transmen' in the lesbian community? but a natal male with a GRC who identifies as female can join a lesbian group?
