She's actually saying that as soon as a man has a GRC it means that a lesbian theoretically ought to be open to a attraction to him, because he is now belongs to the class of women -to whom she is attracted.

So a male with a GRC attracted to women becomes a lesbian, but lesbians are still attracted to women regardless of some women being MwaGRC and might not be attracted to women who are MwaGRC?

I'm with the judge in this - I don't see how she thinks things a sensible argument.

WTF. What she's saying at the moment about lesbians is so offensive. An actual woman who is same-sex attracted might not be attracted to men with a GRC in the way that she might not be attracted to women in the 'class' e.g. because of their appearance. What an idiot.

Consider a man who is attracted to exactly one woman, and nobody else. He isn't a lesbian. If he gets a GRC, now he is. This stuff about not being attracted to everyone of a given sex is entirely irrelevant.

Yes, she's saying that as lesbians might not be attracted to (say) a lesbian Tory they might not be attracted to a lesbian man.

In the written submissions the Scottish government said the fact that males with GRCS could be admitted into lesbian groups (and lesbians would not be able to legally exclude them) didn't matter because lesbians weren't required to speak to them, or find them attractive. They basically said, 'who cares if men are present, the lesbians won't be forced to do anything so it's not a big deal'.

It's good to hear this openly aired, that the Scottish government doesn't care that lesbians have to admit men to their associations.

But they've used Forstater as a get out clause!
