There is something wrong with this device; it is determined to @ @FuzzyPuffling and send her tiny cocktails ...and will not clear them from the screen .
There's something wrong with me too . I've had the GP out and am feeling sorry for myself .

Take care of yourself, Fluffyblanket, hope you feel better soon.

Tiny cocktails are always welcome, so don't worry about sending them unintentionally, I'm sure Fuzzy accepted them in the spirit they were sent <hic>Smile

You had the GP out??? How does anyone do that these days? (Don't say if you don't want to.)

The AI put a bulb of garlic next to the grapes in another image. Hope you're not actually at risk from vampires.

Oh, & get well soon, of course.

Bluestocking: the one where Boiled gets to the bar first!
FuzzyPuffling · 28/11/2024 16:09

@Myfluffyblanket thank you for the tiny cocktails. They are perfect - I can't tolerate alcohol, so a thimbleful is about my limit.

I'm sorry you're feeling ropey and hope the GP was super- helpful and you're on the mend straight away. Are you being looked after?

Chersfrozenface · 28/11/2024 16:21

@Myfluffyblanket I hope the doc was helpful and that it's something that can be treated, and soon.

AlisonDonut · 28/11/2024 17:19

I've had a rhum babaa. The cake man cam÷ this Morning but I'm not missed, the cat has decided that sleeping on my right hand is tonight's mission and I'm typing left handed

Myfluffyblanket · 28/11/2024 17:22

I've come back to bed ; small dog is curled up next to me and hot water bottle .
A close male relative (who shall remain nameless but I'm looking at you Slipperywhencornered ...) caused my house to become flea-infested and the chemical treatment has knocked me for six . I have m.e. , have lost 8 kgs in 3 months and my O2 sats are 81% ! GP attended , again , within two hours and told me it was too risky for me to be admitted to hospital . Phew .
DS2 is collecting my meds and Asda will be delivering my shopping .
Thank you @ifIwerenotanandroid , @FuzzyPuffling @MarieDeGournay @Chersfrozenface for the well wishes .

ifIwerenotanandroid · 28/11/2024 17:25

Yikes, Fluffy! Take care.

AlisonDonut · 28/11/2024 17:32

Yikesmfliffy, what a night.are

lcakethereforeIam · 28/11/2024 17:35

Fleas in the house are an absolute bastard and the cure can be as bad as the disease. All the Bluestocking beasts are flea free, there's a special cohort of grooming gerbils that see to that, so no chemicals. Chill out and relax Fluffy, all the best to you.

Myfluffyblanket · 28/11/2024 17:37

AlisonDonut · 28/11/2024 17:32

Indeed . I am so very tired .
Another cocktail ?🍹

Oh fluffy you poor soul. Thar sounds really horrible. All good wishes for a speedy recovery x

As it should be. I'm glad you realise that your needs are superfluous to your cat's comfort.

ErrolTheDragon · 28/11/2024 18:01

Bloody hell @Myfluffyblanket , thats truly grim. Shock you're entitled to feel sorry for yourself
I'm glad you have the solace of a small dog, and I assume your eponymous blanket. And a gp who still does call-outs, situations like yours are what they're really needed for.

inkymoose · 28/11/2024 18:14

Dear @Myfluffyblanket, so sorry to hear you are so unwell. I got the AI to make a nice get well card for you. I do hope things improve soon. sending love, inky x

Magpiecomplex · 28/11/2024 18:23

Look after yourself Fluffy. Solidarity from a fibro sufferer...

inkymoose · 28/11/2024 18:24

Had second thoughts about the purple and pink apples. They don't look very appetising. What kind of dog have you got? I could try and make it look a bit more realistic.... maybe I should put cocktails in instead of lemon and honey ... however I notice that the AI says get well loony! How rude

Fluffy, that sounds scary. Hooray for helpful GP. I hope you aren't actually seeing two moons - that might not be a good sign.

larklane17 · 28/11/2024 21:30

@Myfluffyblanket I'm late here with the well wishes but they are sincerely sent. I'm so sorry that you are so unwell. You are in good company here, never a blanket left behind. x

She's a JRT so your sweet second picture is perfect , thank you .
I've had a four hour nap , a bowl of homemade chicken soup , more antibiotics and steroids .
And Asdaman brought two boxes of Tunnocks Teacakes ... I will eat all of them when I can .
'Get well Loony' 😁, that's perfect too !

ifIwerenotanandroid · 28/11/2024 21:56

Sounds like you're doing all the right things. But more importantly...

... milk or plain Tunnocks?

I had a lovely biscuit the other day. It was a round Milka thingy. Chocolatey wafer. Just glorious.
The tunnocks that I can buy here are horrible and dry, like they hiked here slowly. So I gave up on them. Hitch a ride on a lorry lads, you're worth it.

Dcat the heat seeking missile is back on the bed. And it was supposed to be my night of not getting up to let him out at 5 bloody am. We are going away Saturday night so I guess he can sense a movement in the farce.

Snooze and soup is food for the soul. Fingers crossed you are recovering Fluffy.
