Did the staff member who did occasionally arc in that direction move on to greater things and more authoritarian regimes?

Hello, it’s Sarah Holman. I wanted to give an update on the case. I have received the rebuttal docs from Bracknell Forest Council and unsurprisingly they refute all the allegations. The justification of their action is 23 pages of frankly waffle in my opinion. I feel the case is a strong one.

There will be a wait now to get a preliminary hearing scheduled. Will update more once things get going. Thank you for discussing it on here I feel heartened when I read your support of women’s rights.

Sorry I missed this but will support the fundraising. What I don’t see is how the LA talks about toilets as being equivalent to lifts, then men of whatever gender should have no problem in single sex toilets for men. Best of luck .you have a great barrister. But women should not have to go through this. We must all complain, every time. Solidarity, sisters.

Keep going Sarah. It's terrible you have to go through all this stress for basic human rights for women but it's where we are, unfortunately, and so important. Women's equal human rights can be lost so quickly as we can see from Afghanistan.

You've been treated so shoddily by the Council - if I was a council tax payer there I'd be so angry.
