In that case, are the gerbils serving breakfast yet?

They are. I've just enjoyed a nice continental breakfast for a change. And now I may go for a slow wander in the fields, maybe check on the goats and maybe go help out the quokka groomer who is trying to round up the quokkas to give them a quick wash and blow dry.

The gerbil standing on the tray is starting to grow on me. Less a health and safety violation, more a charming idiosyncrasy.

How do those charmingly idiosyncratic gerbils manage to carry the tray they are now standing on .... ?

@inkymoose I've been trying not to think about that! Possibly there's a second gerbil doing the carrying?

It's a clementine, totally different.

I would think the gerbil carried in the tray, put it down and then stepped on it. Probably to serve up the commestab commusti the food.

Or maybe gerbils can do telekinesis and are carrying the trays through the power of their minds.

Afternoon all left early due to some telly watching. Been at work today as weather clear. Can i have a cuppa tea to go with my chocolate ora……wait where has it gone ??????

That's an impressively perfect fried egg. I had two that good in a full English last week, & dipping wholemeal toast or a bit of hash brown into the yolks made me feel that all's well with the world.

NB I did NOT choose the boobs + nightie ensemble! I tried to get it to remake the image but it refused twice on the grounds of decency. The AI has a dirty mind, I don't!

Nope, it's refused 5 times now, even though I've adjusted the words in case 'fried eggs' is causing the 'unsafe content' message - has it been trained on Sarah Lucas's work??? Anyway, even without the eggs AI refused to do it.
