Some would say that Dadjoke's entire point is to deliberately instill fear into women and to muddy the waters and to make them doubt their rights and what the law says.

Suffice to say, if you say its 'The Law', the chances are it fundamentally isn't if its coming from from him.

I agree - posters write in an articulate and considered way but our resident plopper has no intention of reading them. Total waste of effort.

Anyone (rational) would think that was obvious but when you see that Dadjoke is (as far as I can tell, in all sincerity) telling women that, as long as a rapist has 'done his time', we should be rolling out the red carpet for him to access women's single sex services, it's very clear that DJ believes that men's rights are more important than women and girls.

It's gone from the original OP here and associated discussion, to an insistence by a man than Isla Bryson has a right to use the women's toilets when he's served his time.

to be fair, as with so many of those who were affected by POGD - Bryson is likely to detrans immediately on release anyway. So it will be a moot point. (unless he keeps the wig so he can attack someone in a toilet, time will tell)

You must be American - hence the reference to 'bathrooms'. The U.K is not the U.S and what goes there does not necessarily follow suit here at all.

As I understand it, U.S states are one by one challenging the notion that males should be allowed to use female facilities, as well as to compete in female sporting categories.

These many many pages of tedious mansplaining are a disincentive to any woman to have any man (even one in a dress) in her space, ever, lest he engage her in conversation.

JKR listed men who have used the tolerance given to old style transsexuals under the GRA’s legal fiction, to abuse women.

Her list is not a set of bad actors to misrepresent trans people. It’s a very clear demonstration of why singe sex categories and safe guarding must not be undermined by men who can’t take no for an answer.
