So although the original case was in Scotland the JR is in the UK High Court so the outcome will impact UK wide ... ?
And will the decision on the definition of the word woman be in relation to the EA only (the original case was about representation on Boards if I remember correctly) and / or on the GRA ... ?
Either way the outcome could be huge.
I was one of those who questioned why they had started this legal action because that a court couldn't overturn (however mad it was) how the law was written eg the phrase "for all purposes" which is why the SSE had to be created.
But if the intended end route was the UK High Court, well that was / is a long and expensive route, but could leap frog over the UK Parliament putting on the back burner the outcome (or lack of) to the two petitions re the definitions of sex in the EA.
