I don't see how today's witness can have helped ERCC much today, let's hope Monday's continue in the same vein.

Apparently that is the case for ERCC.

In the situation I am aware of there was no service user or safeguarding issue except for the employee so the request was not contentious.

The next witness - KM - is she likely to be less catastrophic for ERCC? Or should we expect another cat's paw being scapegoated?

Can they recall a witness if new evidence comes to light like the tweet or could NC and DH agree to admit it as evidence and cover in closing arguments?

This is why I think the tribunal panel should be able to call someone not on the witness list! If I was on the panel I'd be wanting to talk to MW and Nico (and AB at a push!)
