Yep. They can really hurt themselves. Broken horns and broken necks.

But two bulls will fight for land and females so to them it’s important to lay their life down for what they want

I'm imagining it's like that parable from school assemblies about heaven and hell being the same scenario- a huge feast at at table where everyone only has 6 foot chopsticks to eat with. Those in hell are starving as they are only trying to feed themselves- but in heaven everyone is full because they use the chopsticks to feed the person opposite them.

No idea what it says about me that my mind immediately linked this to the giraffe question...

They have got very chop-sticky legs.

(And this whole episode has put me into a surreal state of mind!)
