Most Jack Russells definitely identify as 40kg Rottweilers (with apologies to all the lovely Rottweilers out there...).

Well there are so many options..

If it likes digging holes perhaps it is a trans mole

Does it spend lot of time snuffling about under beds looking for food - perhaps it has pretensions to be a mouse

Or maybe it spends a lot of time on the sofa so perhaps its a trans blanket or cushion?

If you're not sure just go with gender fluid. What's the course about?

I would be very tempted to give your pooch a very masculine/ feminine name but send a photo of them dressed in the opposite.
So Butch - dressed in a tutu and tiara
Or lady - dresses in a huge studded coller and a leather waist coat

( I actually hate dogs dressed up but I'd do this for a 2 min photo shoot )

Tell the your vet said your dog is ( what ever sex it is ) but you think it identifys as non binary , asexual, or a goat ( cat to obs ) 😂

Can we assume that you will also be stating you're dog (or whatever the preferred identity is)'s pronouns and insisting that they are correctly used throughout the course?

Hadn’t even thought about pronouns but they’re essential in order for the universe to function these days, I believe. I will absolutely be insisting on them - I will not subject ChenDog to any form of misgenderment (is that even a word? 🤔), he’s too presh.

they should be asking the dog what its pronouns are and not just going by your outdated and biologically essentialist assumptions
