It's a subject we often discuss. There's the sexualisation and the view that boys will be distracted or it will invite sexual harassment. Hmm. So are school saying boys can't help themselves and if so why is it for the girls to fix? Why are boys assumed to have no self control? It's insulting to boys but the onus is always on the girls to fix things. Personally I don't want men staring at her on the way to and from school. But that's on them. But then she's vulnerable because she's female and there's no many sick bastards out there. It's all control of women and girls though isn't it. Sexualise legs, shoulders, ankles, whatever then say we need to cover up, it's been going on for thousands of years with mo signs of stopping.
