The police officer who initially dismissed the complaint - I wonder whether he'll be subject to discipline?

Probation makes the decision to recall the offender to prison. The offender manager sends the request to the police, who physically return the individual to prison. The Secretary of State then decides whether to grant executive release (which can be very quick), or whether there will need to be a review of the evidence. If Baker is an indeterminate prisoner I would expect there to be a review, so Baker could be in prison for a few more months.

It will be a male prison, there is no debate over that. Baker is a violent male, albeit a castrated one. No place for Baker among the vulnerable women in the female estate.

In that video Fair Cop has up (of SJB megaphoning on a platform with Russell-Moyle MP and Nadia Whittome MP) he's banging on about TERFs again. He seems really really obsessed with TERFs.

Not with the violent males who allegedly attack trans people every day, but with non-violent females.

Maybe that's why they all wear masks, they are supposed to be at home 'ill'.

Everyone's too petrified of saying no to them probably, that's why they can flounce off to parade around in badly fitting dresses and awful wigs, shouting aggressive slogans and threatening harm to peaceful women whenever they want.

What's telling is that the same people who think that advocating cold-blooded violence towards women complained when Allison Bailey expressed a willingness to defend herself if attacked. It's like there's one rule for people with penises and a different, stricter rule for people with vulvas.

I wondered that too. His response was incredibly arrogant and it didn’t seem he had the authority to deal with the complaint in the first place?
