My 15 year old daughter was assaulted by transactivists before the police arrived. She was well behind the line formed by stewards and other volunteers. The activists surged forward broke the line and reached her. She got elbowed in the ribs by a female, and got called a fascist. She was terrified when they charged forward as they were mostly men and masked. She got trapped in with them and had to battle her way back to our side. She was desperately looking for her 13 year old sister as she was with her. She was found safe and unharmed.

I had ran off (thinking they were safe) to form another line on the right hand flank as they were clearly trying to kettle us. Another women took my place and told me to find my daughter as she had been hurt.

Reported to police on third or fourth attempt not had her crime number through yet though. They were not interested. One police officer just arriving told me to go to the local police station to report it, another said "as you can see we are a little bit busy at the moment",

She was really upset, but more determined than ever to win this war on women.

The police let this happen they put my children at risk by not turning up.

She has been to Nottingham, Glasgow and London Let Women Speak. I've also been to Manchester, Cardiff and Brighton. This was the worst police absence I have ever seen. The police put the three officers who were there (who told me they had been sent to keep an eye on things!) at risk.
I'm so angry. Working today but will be putting in complaints.
Hoping more footage comes out today as bodycams are downloaded, including my own.

Photograph any bruises your DD sustained.

Women speak, men attack children, and then wonder why we don't them in the women-only spaces set aside for our safety.

Fascinating, would you care to explain your thinking Merlin.

Are you suggesting that women should expect that they will be in physical danger for attempting to speak in public and that it is therefore irresponsible to take a child into such a dangerous environment or that children of 15 are far too young to have their own thoughts and perspectives on gender?

DerekFaker · 15/05/2023 19:46

There's also this absolute creep.

And some TRAs literally bragging about their aggressive behaviour and how they upset women

I hope anyone doxxing and posting derogatory info about police officers gets caught and charged.

Look! A squirrel!

Who doesn't know what doxing means.

IwantToRetire · 15/05/2023 19:58

I know I shouldn't reply as it only encourages you, but it was admitted that LWS didn't know the name of the senior police officer supposedly in charge, and some shouted names from the crowd.

And this was admitted. At one point KJK just randomly chose a name.

The best way, and more professional way, would be for whichever police officer was in charge, identified themselves, because after all Brum Police are saying they did nothing word so s/he could make a statement about how proud they were of how they behaved.

Bit suspicious that they are keeping so silent.

So holding people accountable is awful, speaking at women's rights events is awful, but assaulting and intimidating women and girls is absolutely fine. Got it 👍 your misogyny is showing mate

DerekFaker · 15/05/2023 20:04

Another aggressive man (video is in the linked tweet)

Or violent trans activists could either (a) stop assaulting women and children who are doing no more than just speaking or (b) stay at home.

You schilling for violent trans activists really shows the type of person you are @MerlinsLostMarbles

DerekFaker · 15/05/2023 20:16

Having your phone smashed is the least you can expect women.

Photo of the two crowds - scary how close they are.

Also an example of what Brum Police thinks is wrongly identifying the person in charge and making derogatory comments - what a pathetic lot!

@dimorphism Birmingham police and council are completely Stonewalled, it's maddening.

DerekFaker · 15/05/2023 20:25

Another woman has bruising and deep scratches from homemade weapons wth TRAs had (she incorrectly identified one as a garden rake at first).

Despite her pointing out the weapon to the police several times, they allegedly ignored it.

The police of all sorts of places are just a massive disappointment

this isn’t rocket science, why are they so fucking useless

DerekFaker · 15/05/2023 20:42

DJ Lippy tried to report her assault to the police and found them hostile and uncooperative.

(Videos in the linked tweet.)

Also I haave done quite a comprehensive search of this event on twitter now (hence my numerous posts!) and cannot find any evidence of the claim made by Brum Police re wrongly identifying who was in charge that day.

It's not anti trans, it's pro womens rights. Trans can crack on and live their lives but it doesn't give them the right to ride roughshod over the rights of women (or men).

Are they not legally obliged to provide the name if asked?

nilsmousehammer · 15/05/2023 21:01

So 'assaulting a child' now added to the rap sheet of the activists.

<slow hand clap>

PonyPatter44 · 15/05/2023 21:20

Are people raising complaints with West Midlands Police & Crime Commissioner? The PCC is Simon Foster, one of the stated aims on the WMPCC website is tackling violence against women and girls. I would encourage everyone who was brushed off by the police after being threatened or assaulted, to report to the PCC.

Home - West Midlands Police & Crime Commissioner

The Police and Crime Commissioner must ensure an efficient and effective police force in our area.

Or maybe your scumbag friends could refrain from assaulting children. Just saying...

Because if women are allowd to speak, it shows up alllllllllllllllllllllllllllll of the gender arguments for the nonsense they are.

This is why we had 'no debate' for so long.

If women are allowed to speak, it all falls apart.

Take your disengenuous lies and keep them to yourself. How dare you!

"Leave the children out of it" scores highly for irony, anyway...

Redbird87 · 15/05/2023 22:34

How many of you ladies attending these can afford a bodycam? If you want help finding deals on some, or setting up a fundraiser, let's get that going.

Hi Merlin! Glad you could make it. No discussion in FWR is complete without your tireless efforts to misrepresent women’s human rights as antitrans. It seems unkind to tell you TRAs really aren’t the centre of our universe.
