That map shows the reality about how little is known about this. It is shocking and dispiriting.

Scotland is redder but knows too late.

Also the petition to stop schools from teaching ‘gender identity’ in RSE lessons in schools is getting even less attention, That is brainwashing in plain sight.

Anyway, if everyone who does know keeps signing this has a chance if reaching 100,000.

I fear that the idea that women are bring denied single sex spaces because of the feelz of some bepenised people seems so ridiculous to most people, most people aren't aware that this is a problem and what the ramifications are.

Because it's fucking ridiculously unbelievable that we are where we are!

If everyone who does understand the issue can get another 2 to sign, it'll get there.

The map view remains fascinating. England’s ‘terfiest’ constituencies are Brighton Pavilion, Cambridge City, Hornsey and Wood Green (North London). Two of these places have been in the news recently (Posie Parker rally in Brighton in September, Helen Joyce talk at Cambridge).

I agree with the 'don't get dispirited, it's early days yet' view.

This petition is open for 6 months, as they all are, and I'd imagine there's a predictable trajectory for these things: enthusiasm at the beginning, tapering off and a boost as we near the finishing line.

I'd be interested to know how many other petitions have got 33,000 signatories in just over a week. Where does this one rank in the overall picture of petitions to government?

I agree that a lot of people who haven’t been exposed to these issues in their daily life can’t understand what the fuss is about, but as soon as you explain it they are mostly really shocked to see how in some parts of life child safeguarding and women’s privacy, dignity and safety are being completely ignored, in favour of flattering a political cult.
