I just love this woman! She undoubtedly has the Midas touch when it comes to marketing and publicity.

I have been to several of her events over the years, and she has time for each and every woman who comes to see her.

was referring to the content in the link shared. It was shared - presumably given the point of debate- as an example of a use of “to gatekeep”. Except there wasn’t one in the content. So a clear fail.

No use of the verb “to gatekeep” in that article though which is the point being debated.

Guys - “gatekeeper” is a noun. You need to provide evidence “to gatekeep” is a widely used verb, including in business to win the argument.

The point being debated is that gatekeeper exists and is used in business, which you denied, initially.

Please answer why it's okay for you to be in correspondence with alleged holocaust denier, but not okay for KJK to be in the same room as him @EastLondonObserver

I don't really care about the gatekeeper thing, tbh. You're wrong but I can let it go. But I really do want to know why you seem to have set a standard for a woman that you are not prepared to achieve yourself.

I really don't know why there is a 'debate' (and that word is doing a LOT of heavy lifting) about the specific usage of a word on an appreciation thread

Absolutely no one needs to prove evidence of the specific usage of a word....especially to someone who doesn't seem to provide evidence to anyone else

I have been consistent in saying 'gatekeeping' is not 'jargon', it is not limited to feminists as 'identity jargon' and 'niche language', and that yes, 'gatekeeping' is a term regularly used in business.

You asserted and twisted the 'debate' to be about verbs when it was not initially.

Gatekeeping is still a term that is widely used in business and many other disciplines. You tried to deviate it 'verb' but have not actually achieved anything at all.
