I have received mine. I am glad they have made it formal.

Is that GDPR compliant?!

I've just received it and am not on the list but have now seen rather a lot of personal information. Written back to query why I have received lots of personal info on other people. . .

I certainly had no idea my name would be published on court documents. I emailed directly with the details posted here, and the only communication I had back from the EAT was an acknowledgment of my email. No warning!

So, just bear in mind, that people who applied and have not been granted access have also have been sent this order...

Revealing real names, asking for justification for remote access, it's all feeling very very punitive to me...

Yep. I'm in. Bit of a shock to see my name written on an official document but there we are.

I felt that asking for names was a bit 'activistic'...I doubt this is an 'error'.

Was the email sent blind copy or can you see everyone else it went to?

Blind copy, which is something.

Just to prove I have it, in case of doubt, in the reasons I can give the following random data

5. distance
6. childcare commitments
7. difficulties with travel

They wouldn't ask for all those details if you turned up in person. So why when you want to observe online?

That’s an absolutely appalling breach of confidentiality. Sending a sealed court order to people not party to the order?! Maybe one of the journalists or legal professionals named in this order would be interested in this fact…

i note the email came from an Admin Officer, which I interpret as not a particularly senior grade.

It is a lovely name. One of my favourites.

The more I think about this the more angry I am. Having to provide our names and addresses and email addresses was intrusive enough but to be so careless with this information is negligent at best.

Would you mind @Propertylover if I also complained about this?
