I have acquired a support cat since the last hearing.

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 18/04/2024 14:53

If anyone knows how to apply for remote hearing, please post details

Seconded.

BoreOfWhabylon · 18/04/2024 14:59

ickky · 18/04/2024 15:00

The listing for the court usually is a week before the hearing. I will get the details and put them on here.

I find the idea of a support cat a bit counterintuitive. You support them, not the other way around....

PoshCoffee · 18/04/2024 15:11

It’s an unequal relationship, for sure @JustSpeculation

PoshCoffee · 18/04/2024 15:11

Thanks @ickky

ickky · 18/04/2024 15:15

Thank you @PoshCoffee for reminding me. I will need a reminder closer to the time as my memory is shocking of late. 🙄

Here for the tribunal link. Me and my support hippo are counting down the days.

PoshCoffee · 18/04/2024 15:23

It’s in my diary - I’ll remind again a week before x

TerfoSupportCat · 18/04/2024 15:29

I have a newly acquired support cat and support necklace.

Loving the T shirts and the rights hoarding necklace.

My support cat has just been cat-napped by DD17 who wants her in her bedroom rather than my office but DCat would like me to say that she will say anything for Dreamies is totally GC.

I'm always a bit behind on these things and generally end up reading Tribunal Tweets the week after followed by all of the Mumsnet comments the week after that but I will still be with you all - eventually.

Propertylover · 18/04/2024 16:35

As this is an EAT rather than an ET is it just Counsel who present the arguments as to why the ET erred in law or do we also have witnesses?

Snowypeaks · 18/04/2024 16:57

Thanks so much, ickky.

Congratulations to Allison Bailey. Garden Court have learned nothing. I am so glad AB is going after Stonewall. Whatever the result, it will be a landmark case, because she is pointing the finger directly at them.

HarpQuartet · 18/04/2024 16:59

I'll be working, gah! Will follow here.

BritishBeatleMania · 19/04/2024 07:12

A logo (AI!!) should any of you wish to use it 🤣. Work will prevent me watching this one live so I’ll be using the commentary here to get up to date!

My cat has informed me he will not be providing support services.

I'm bereft!

RocketPanda · 19/04/2024 12:36

My cats are assholes but I can offer support donkies. One in particular likes to bray loudly when there's a strange car, sort of like a guard dog.

Does he object to the high status of the wren in this matter?

LiesDoNotBecomeUs · 24/04/2024 11:06

My pup is happy to offer support to any neglected cat-owner. (She has absolutely no trouble identifying a person's sex - and seems utterly GC despite a bit of sexism.)

GeorgeOrwellsTurningGrave · 24/04/2024 11:23

My puppy also willing to offer support- mostly by sleeping on you and occasionally jumping up to bite your nose. (She identifies as a land shark)

Just saying... how well do you know your hippo, SidewaysOtter??

I was derailed by my constant search for something to have a laugh about, and a couple of hippos, but, more importantly, my thoughts are with the heroic Allison, and I wish her success.

GreigeO · 24/04/2024 12:05

Always happy for a bit of Ben action

My fluffy overlord says the wren tasted OK, but could have done with some seasoning!

Poor deceased support wren.
