All people bleed if they cut themselves. And bleeding from, say, the penis or the rectum is often a sign of a serious health problem.

So it needs to be more specific. Perhaps "people who bleed regularly from the vagina".

Redefining girls as 'young people' is also disturbing. The correct words are girls, and children depending on the context. Young people could be any age.

No, because you are forgetting about the many people who are not educated (and yes there are a lot in this country), who have minimal language comprehension skills, who speak English as a second language etc.

Next, you could reduce sore bits to non specifics too. If you have a sore bit, (eg your wrist) you may have appendicitis, fibroids, etc, etc.
