I am not in a position to call, but if I was I would ask (1) does she agree that we should retain the word woman in policy and law to describe women as a sex class, if not what word would she have us use to describe that group? (2) does she agree that women have the right as a sex class to single sex spaces and services?

I won't be calling in. I've seen that Mordaunt is unhappy about some newspapers depicting her in a sexist fashion; perhaps she might like to consider how gendered expectations play a role in the sexism thrown at women and why, in that light, she wants gender to be the thing that legally defines us.

I’d love to hear someone bring this up and for the presenter to know enough about the background to be able stop her giving a non-answer (and be willing to push).

Unfortunately, I suspect that won’t be the case.

It is noticeable that none of her colleagues from that department have backed her. The reverse is true for Kemi Badenoch, those she has worked with do back her.

The kind of misrepresentation where people are quoting exactly what you said or did?
