Deleted threads

Hi , I've noticed a lot of deleted threads today on this board.
Glitch with my app or something more insidious?

Here's what I get!

Same on all deleted threads, but still showing up with titles and how many posts!

I've been following the 🇺🇦 thread but it's been impossible for days!

I've noticed the deleted-but-title-still-appearing-threads and also think there's been an influx of MRAs over the last few days.

MN has been name-checked as being particularly pro-women in various articles recently, so I guess they've come to impart their 'wisdom'.

Possibly but didn't see anything controversial posted anywhere, unless I was too slow and missed it!

All the deleted threads for me have exactly the same message saying that the first post in the thread violates rules.

See I haven't had that at all ? Weird!

Call me paranoid but it almost feels like f&g bieng targeted en mass! 😠

Were any of them ongoing court cases? They have been deleting all katie price threads for that reason. But yeah, this site is horrendously glitch too.

Every so often when word gets out that women are having the audacity to talk about significant issues on here, there will be a flurry of ploppers, provocative posts looking for screengrabs and flurries of deletions. Then those ploppers can point to the deletions as evidence we must have said something awful. If a post seems off don't respond or have a look at posting history (much harder on new site I find). BTW have lurked for years but only started posting recently, have seen the same pattern repeating since I've been lurking.

Yes. Probably because there were a couple of posters adamant that the OP was a lie because the show had been cancelled. We know that isn't the whole truth but they were quite 'annoyed' about it. I assumed they reported it and MNHQ will be slow to replace it when they work it out.

Unless something happened in the last 15 minutes whilst I was feeding the dog!

The family sex show thread was legit. Or at least, I know someone whose young adult son is doing that drama course and he’s invited tonight. And Sonia Poulton has been tweeting about the theatre academy taking their students tonight, behind parents backs, according to the thread in AIBU (I’m not on Twitter to verify).

Yes S Poultin has been tweeting and it seems the performance referred to in that thread was not wrong.

Indeed. And sometimes, when it doesn’t go maybe as the shit stirrers expected (bit like the Glinner referencing one earlier) I always wonder if it’s the OP that reports it for deletion because it’s not serving their purpose.

I reckon there is a TRA on the mumsnet website development team. I mean, they cant have made something think shonky by accident.
