The Tribunal will start on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

I have sent a request but haven't had anything back yet. Hopefully nearer the time.

That doesn't sound very positive...

They're probably rubbing their hands together.
My opinion of them can't get any lower.

PandorasMailbox · 28/04/2022 10:20

Just when I didn't think they could dig any deeper, they find a bigger spade.

Get well soon Allison. You have truth, integrity and us on your side.

Manicsfan · 28/04/2022 10:49

I have just donated to Allison's crowdfunder.
I was forced to raise an employment tribunal 10 years ago. It was nothing compared to Allison's fight, but it was so stressful, I became ill and my mental health has never been the same again. I remember going the doctor with lots of physical symptoms saying there must be something really wrong with me- the physical symptoms were stress.
The amount of pressure Allison must be under, I want to send my support and solidarity to her. She is doing this for all of us, to her own personal cost. Get well soon, take care! xxxx

I find this waiting for the conference host to join man very calming.

tabbycatstripy · 28/04/2022 10:54

I liked the other waiting for the conference host to join voice in the MF case.

nauticant · 28/04/2022 11:01

A very short statement by EJ. Proceedings to resume at 10am tomorrow.

JulesRimetStillGleaming · 28/04/2022 11:01

Adjourned until tomorrow.

Who said "fucks sake" as we could all hear you including the judge!

tabbycatstripy · 28/04/2022 11:02

Update from the EJ: the tribunal will restart at 10am tomorrow.

Someone said "For fuck's sake" a couple of times and that was audible, and the EJ has a good dirty scowl for that.

But it sounds from that like (?) AB will be able to attend tomorrow?

TheBiologyStupid · 28/04/2022 11:03

Adjourned until tomorrow 10 am - I hope that Allison's OK.

Wauden · 28/04/2022 11:04

11.03. Anyone been able to get back in after 10.00?

chilling19 · 28/04/2022 11:05

I wonder what they meant by 'problems with the management of the case'? Hope you are recovering Allison x

Crazylazydayz · 28/04/2022 11:06

Honestly I really don’t think some of the attendees understand they are in a court ,just because it is virtual doesn’t mean you can behave as though you are zooming with friends.
This is 2022: by now people should know how to silence their microphone.

JulesRimetStillGleaming · 28/04/2022 11:06

I suspect that it wasn't deemed to be fair to deal with others witnesses in Allison's absence so it's not been possible to shuffle the timetable.

If it was my tribunal I would want to hear all of it so I could instruct the lawyers how to respond to witnesses.

It not obvious how to do that on this software. It's also not obvious how to turn the camera off. I didn't allow Google chrome to access my camera but the first time it kicked me out for that. Then let me in randomly when I retried.

You think everyone would be automatically muted on joining and then the clerk can unmute those who are actually participating, rather than the viewing public.

Wauden · 28/04/2022 11:09

'Waiting for the conference host to join' message from a pleasant voice.

tabbycatstripy · 28/04/2022 11:09

I don't think you could hear from witnesses before the claimant, because there would be nothing to respond to. I might be wrong.

I read on Twitter that AB is recovering at home (obviously unconfirmed but in case people were worrying).

DomesticatedZombie · 28/04/2022 11:09

Sending best wishes to Allison. I would far rather this case was set aside until she is completely recovered. It must be an extraordinary amount of stress to be under.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 28/04/2022 11:10

I agree, everyone could be on mute unless allowed to speak. Is there some legal or procedural reason why not, or just that software?

SelfPortraitWithPterodactyl · 28/04/2022 11:12

In Maya's tribunal we were all muted remotely as soon as we joined. That seemed like a good system... 🤔

tabbycatstripy · 28/04/2022 11:15

And a certain person who named themselves after a continent is on Twitter speculating that, if they were unwell, no GC person would send them well wishes. Loads of people under the tweet agreeing with them. But that's what happens when you judge other people by your own low standards, I suppose. I don't wish harm on anyone.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 28/04/2022 11:22

No one is expecting random TRAs to send her well wishes, but not wishing for her death would be a start.
