Plus, noone is putting transmen into the male estate. I have a feeling it may even be against MOJ policy, so they are clearly aware of the ramifications of putting someone with a female body in with men....but its acceptable the other way?

I think you're right. I think it's been deemed too dangerous. So everybody knows what sex the inmates are.

I feel the same about sports that there should be a separate trans category. You know if we are going to embrace this new world of self identification and want to be inclusive and accepting that’s fine, but not at the expense of women (and if you have a vagina you are a woman). Trans people need their own appropriate facilities

No it isn't sarcasm. These people have been taught that once a man says 3 little words, they must immediately be treated as if they are a woman. And it's a women's prison, so in they go.

Trans categories won't do it because [back to the mantra] they aren't trans, they are women. So in they go.

It's why it was SO important to get it into politics, NHS, police etc...so that nobody can now question them. Because they are whatever they say they are.

No. The most sensible solution would be men staying in men's prisons and the ones with a gender identity can have their own wing if they are 'vulnerable' to attacks off other men.

Some men say they are afraid if being locked up with other men but if women don't want to be locked up with men it's tough.

They always say they're afraid of being locked up with men, but a large percentage of them are in for violent sex attacks themselves, and mainly on women and girls. Why are these violent people treated as more vulnerable than other prisoners, both female and male? (Rhetorical question)

They can't be pregnant only women in this jail.

Today I was
reading a tweet by Sharron Davies that had three women injured in a rugby match by transwomen in opposition team. They should sue as World Rugby warned it would be dangerous for transwomen to compete against women.
