As the title says yet again today's hearing/legal arguments have been rescheduled this time until the 1st of November. 🤬🤬

What happened to the "garden" this time?

Some posters seem to like to imply the possibility of impropriety regarding use of donations.
I am more than happy to assume that any excess will be made use of appropriately, there are other cases that would benefit from some extra support I'm sure.

But if Marion and Joanna want to treat themselves to a celebratory trip to the Maldives I am more than happy for my little contribution to go on a well deserved break.

Yes, Marion has been put through an unnecessary and horrendous ordeal.

If there's any money left (bearing in mind legal fees are very expensive and her crowdfunding was sabotaged many times) then I wouldn't begrudge her a nice break away with her children or whatever she wanted to do.

I certainly don't want the money back.

We all know they are ring fenced for legal expenses and I sincerely hope Gin/wine/beer are part of such “expenses”, especially today.
And as a PP suggested, a holiday to the Maldives for some R&R, after being so maliciously targeted, would also be absolutely fine with us!

I'm really hoping they are going to take their time and do a proper story, and analyse the charges vs what was said, and look at why the charges werent known until the last second, and why they were changed.

It seems to piss a lot of sad little men off that women have our own money and can spend it how we like. That we spend it supporting women against said sad little men must have them swooning on the fainting couch.

And agree with others....I'd like nothing more than my donation going towards a nice treat for Marion and her twins.

Very, very happy for Marion to keep my donation if it helps her with keeping her house and managing the legal fees incurred this far, and to be prepared if this is merely a delaying tactic to avoid the world press being around while the Scots govt are humiliating themselves in court.

I would also dearly love to see Marion's legal team sue for financial abuse and the process being a weapon to punish her for doing nothing anyone has managed to put in a court room and prove was a crime. So if you need more gardening Marion, just let me know. I'll always stand behind any female being abused.

Hell the fuck yes, Marion is more than welcome to spend my little donation on the most frivolous useless unproductive thing she can think of, not that even massive piles of cash could ever compensate her for the amount of stress and uncertainty she's still being dragged through, and standing up to for all of us. I see it more as a gesture of solidarity than anything else. She's already done more for women and girls than me sending her my life savings would do for her.

Crikey, if that is true, SNP representives using the police to silence women is a very bad look, especially in light of the new hate crime laws, which don't protect women.
