I wish I'd found this place before. Great food, drink, conversation and company. I came to drown a sorrow, which didn't seem to want to be drowned. I've been inspired to do a bit of gardening though so some good came of it.
Can I get tea and cake here during the week? That would brighten my Monday.

I manage wildflower meadows irl, and have both scythes and strimmers. And a tractor and baler.

Mmm dip! I was outside chatting to the camel and admiring the shrubbery, especially the little path down the middle. Everything looks nicely strimmed. I don't do gardening, but If anything inside the Bluestocking needs a lick of paint, I'm a dab hand with the emulsion. I could do some signs for the toilet doors.

Just checking it's not some odd red dip, with fava beans, paired with a nice Chianti...

I've got meatballs, chocolate fingers, braised pork cheeks, kidneys, and lots and lots of chipolatas.

Ooh, is it one of those dip selections, shaped in a square, with onion and garlic, thousand island, cheese and another one which I can never work out what flavour it is? If so, I'll have some please.

I make very nice parmesan sables which I'll add to the table.

Is this where I admit that I've got several of those buffet servers with a big dip recess in the centre and crudités etc. arranged in a wheel around the outside?

I've got 3 colours of pepper dip and a charred aubergine that next door to baba ganoush if those appeal?
