I don't know what's happened, maybe the interns who delete the critical comments are off sick or something, but lesbians are taking issue with a Facebook post by Pride in London saying "Happy #LesbianVisibilityWeek! A week dedicated to celebrating and supporting all LGBTQI women and non binary people in our community" and it's glorious:

How can you be a lesbian if you're non-binary? Hmm

How can you be a lesbian if you have a penis? I asked that question last night and it was deleted. I expect this one will be too. Hey ho!

Deleted here on Mumsnet? I have had the feeling recently that balance is being lost. I saw a transactivist post the single word “sigh” recently and I can’t see how that is in any way different from posting a biscuit, which I’ve been deleted for previously. Similarly a few people only ever post to be antagonistic, but are allowed to dominate threads without being told it’s not in the spirit.

The argument is hotting up because women are breaking through, I suspect. Depressing if those on different sides of the argument are treated more differently, either because of mass reporting or because there is a false perception that because one side are in the minority, that automatically allows them greater protection rather than fair and equal application of the rules.
