Actually, not just FPFW - Nicola Williams - but also Dr Judith Green, co-founder of Women's Place UK and Racquel Rosario Sanchez
Spokeswoman and Trustee at FiLiA. Excellent. Will try to watch live if I can.

That is quite a line up! Impressive!

Ereshkigalangcleg · 13/04/2021 21:31

And Trans Widows' Voices, via questionnaire, as they need to remain anonymous.

RabbitOfCaerbannog · 13/04/2021 21:37

Wow, great news. Is this just for show or are the previously blatantly captured members of the WESC genuinely interested in what women have to say? I hope so.

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 13/04/2021 21:38

Long overdue that their voices should be heard.

Well, that remains to be seen
ArabellaScott · 13/04/2021 22:16

Fab.

TinselAngel · 13/04/2021 22:21

I'm very pleased that Trans Widows' Voices were invited though. We've come a long way from a thread on FWR! Smile

RabbitOfCaerbannog · 13/04/2021 22:23

It's great news Tinsel. Testament your hard work raising the issues.

Thecatonthemat · 14/04/2021 00:07

Could not wish for better advocates for women, except for the three who stood up so well in the last bout. Thank you for being such strong voices.

Tibtom · 14/04/2021 00:49

Did anyone pick apart the falsehoods told by the TRA in their appearance? I know a few people planned to.

unwashedanddazed · 14/04/2021 01:07

Congratulations TinselAngel the invitation is testament to your success in raising the voices of those women who have been the most suppressed in this issue, whilst arguably suffering the most.

Datun · 14/04/2021 01:20

Wow that's a great representation.

OhHolyJesus · 18/04/2021 21:26

Excited for next week! Good luck to all!

SapphosRock · 19/04/2021 07:00

Great! Looks like people are able to watch the meeting live too.

Thanks for sharing OP.

highame · 19/04/2021 07:30

Anyone know if someone will be doing a live tweet? It usually comes up on Hansard pretty quickly, though and the live broadcasts are really good.

Good luck to all our submitters and lets hope those who made their displeasures known at GC women remember that they are MP's and must hear the evidence impartially. Given how they dealt with the last lot I would expect much fawning and a lack of rigor with the questions.

Last time Dr Jane Clare Jones did a live tweet: twitter.com/janeclarejones/status/1372202488091308034

I presume this is the link for the live discussion tomorrow:

Oh good. In spite of being the OP, I'd managed to forget this was coming up tomorrow! Blush

Bumping to remind people it’s today 😁

Feelinghothothottoday · 21/04/2021 07:55

Brilliant. How do we watch it? Would love to listen to these strong women talking.

Sophoclesthefox · 21/04/2021 07:59

Good luck to all involved today! I would say “knock ‘em dead”, but it would probably be like, literally committing a literal hate crime Grin
