There's a live stream on twitter. I'm not sure the police are really handling it very well, but I appreciate that it's easy for me to say that.

It's suggests they might have been better off working with organisers beforehand to plan their approach.

Totally agree.

I hope the Police are not heavy handed. Women are already angry.

Rabbit i agree they could have worked with the organisers to have a peaceful protest and encouraged unity.

It seems like things were peaceful before the intervention of the police...

@lifeturnsonadime I've seen a live stream that showed a woman being manhandled to the floor. I'm really disappointed that the police did not plan and prepare how to be a calming presence.

Was there earlier - was noisy but peaceful, the police were just stood around quietly

I just went to a smaller vigil close to where I live. It was lovely, very peaceful and distanced, couple of police officers standing nearby not doing anything.

the organiser of the fundraiser on the back of this 'doesn't engage with transphobes' (on Twitter) - those women that are asking which charities the money will be going to and suggesting that it would be good to speak to some women about which charities would be good for women.

They are looking to raise £320k for unspecified charities.
