Is it wrong to objectify men?

I suspect it is.
I made a "funny" comment to a female colleague about the attractiveness of father's at parent teacher interviews - just a throw away line for a laugh whilst waiting.
If I was a man saying that about the yummy mummies it would be very wrong. So I guess it's as wrong to do it in reverse?

You know what, life is much easier if you think everyone has different perspectives that are equally valid, rather than seeing a different perspective as an attack on you.

I don't agree with your perspective much of the time but am very unlikely to respond with a personal attack on you.

I'm going to call it a day on this thread now as it's moved far from the point.
