Is anyone else aware that Posie is doing an interview with controversial youtuber, j.f. gariepy? didn't expect to see that...

Vulnerable women prisoners shown to be sitting ducks for predatory men falsely identifying as 'women' include:

black, white, Jewish, Christian, Muslim lesbian, heterosexual, right-wing, left-wing, no-wing, tall, short, the eloquent, and those prone to posting repetitious crap on random internet forums.

Assaulted women vulnerable to being forced to call their male attacker 'she' by the Criminal Justice System include all of the above.

Young impressionable girls vulnerable to being persuaded to have their breasts removed by the National Health Service include all of the above

Women fleeing domestic violence unable to find women-only refuges include all of the above.

Women who can no longer expect the authorities or parties of the left, right or centre to protect them in all of these circumstances include all of the above.

Never mind I'm sure they will be able to protect themselves with quotes from Martin Luther King. I'm sure he would be thrilled.

jennymanara · 19/10/2019 12:22

Yes because only transgenderism matters, racism is unimportant. I get it.

Datun · 19/10/2019 12:23

and I won’t shut up to please you.

No, no early I don't want you to shut up, any of you. I never have. That's why I respond!

Earlywalker · 19/10/2019 12:25

All of which is disgusting.

But white supremacy poses real risks to many women and children.

You can’t disregard that when it suits your narrative.

Datun · 19/10/2019 12:34

White supremacy and the racism that fuels it has no place in a civilised society, I abhor those views and the people that hold them.

Actions matter, not words.

TequilaPilates · 19/10/2019 12:39

So they way that I'll show this is by appearing on their YouTube channel, which will have the effect of increasing their revenue whilst steadfastly not challenging the abhorrent views that they hold?????

Datun · 19/10/2019 12:40

Lol

clitherow · 19/10/2019 12:43

Actions matter, not words.

Well go on his channel and challenge him then. And that goes for any of you people who think Posie was wrong. In fact why don't you challenge her to a youtube debate and get your point across to a wider audience.

TequilaPilates · 19/10/2019 12:43

It's fine to "lol" but we see this with politicians or others in the public eye - they'll do something controversial and then issue a statement saying that they abhor everything this person stands for and of course had they known what they were like would never have gone there, done that whatever. Most right thinking people see right through it.

jennymanara · 19/10/2019 12:46

I am actually not so bothered about Posie and her racism, but about all the women defending her. That makes it clear that a lot of women, despite what they say, do not really care about racism or white supremacy.

2BthatUnnoticed · 19/10/2019 12:47

This kind of feminism (imo) is for any woman or girl who wants it.

If it’s not for you (which is fair enough) perhaps check out Jezebel or Metafilter, some interesting discussions and very TWAW.

clitherow · 19/10/2019 12:48

I am actually not so bothered about Posie and her racism

Well, well, who'd have guessed?

jennymanara · 19/10/2019 12:49

@clitherow Sure selectively quote. It has been obvious for a long time that Posie is racist. I was naive and thought other women did not realise. Now I realise they just don't care.

Qui? Moi?

I have learnt from the best on threads like these! Thank you so much!

"White supremacy and the racism that fuels it has no place in a civilised society, I abhor those views and the people that hold them."

Said Posie Parker. Yesterday.

jennymanara · 19/10/2019 12:53

@cloitherow What is the point of commenting on threads like this if the aim is to win by ridicule and misrepresentation? I don't see the point at all. I am not here for a "war" but a discussion.

Earlywalker · 19/10/2019 12:54

It’s not weather you think TWAW or like Posie that this is really about.

It’s about the decision to put the trans agenda above all else and being ok with that, even if it means giving credibility, publicity and revenue to a misogynistic white suprematist without even questioning his views.

You can keep pretending it’s about something else all you like, whatever helps you sleep at night.

jennymanara · 19/10/2019 12:54

@datun Oh come on, she is clearly a racist in spite of a carefully written statement.

clitherow · 19/10/2019 12:57

I am not here for a "war" but a discussion.

You may think that this is why you are here, but all you and your comrades keep doing is repeating the same few phrases over and over again. That is not discussion, that is trying to beat people, who do not agree with you, into submission. If you genuinely want to learn how to argue, go away and study logic and how to state your case.

jennymanara · 19/10/2019 12:59

Fine, I will go away. It is quite clear this kind of feminism is not for women like me anyway.

clitherow · 19/10/2019 13:02

Naughty! I meant 'go away' figuratively and not actually. If all else fails, it's not a good look to play the hard done to, brow-beaten tragic heroine - that's lesson 5, by the way.

Datun · 19/10/2019 13:05

@datun Oh come on, she is clearly a racist in spite of a carefully written statement.

That is rather defamatory.

Datun · 19/10/2019 13:07

Nope. It's watching you take pot shots at gender criticism and gender critical women, every chance you get it. Even to the point of blaming them for what someone else does on an entirely different platform!

And then getting annoyed when they don't obey your finger wagging demands to denounce. Even though you've never once gone and denounced her yourself !
