I do not want to be driven by a person who has, or has ever had, a penis because that driver would be a man (an adult human male).

Taxis are entirely gender neutral. There isn't a trans only service to avoid a particular gender. It's to avoid meeting anyone like the people on this thread when they are just trying to get to their destination.

How many female taxi drivers have murdered or raped their passengers. That would be none. So it isn't about not wanting a trans taxi driver ( although a transman would be fine) but about not wanting a male driver.

No-one gives a flying fuck if it's a male or a trans woman. The two are the same (adult human males). Women (adult human females) may often object to sharing spaces with adult human males. For a variety of legitimate reasons.

You want to have women's services provided by men, good for you. Spare a thought of elderly women, Muslim women, rape victims, vulnerable females with addiction or mental health problems, who may not want men providing services to them, when they expect (and are entitled to expect) that such services will be provided by adult human females.
