I will never accept this 'legal fiction, it is a travesty.

Cogaidien they are still issuing GRCs, under the conditions currently stipulated by the GRA(2004).

This proves that even the current GRC process is far too loose. It needs tightening up, not being made easier.

Or, you know, we could just do away with it altogether and stop pretending people can change sex, since same sex marriage is now a thing and that's the only reason we have the stupid GRC in the first place.

Also, Challenor genuinely chills me to the bone. The fact that Debbie Hayton is apparently in touch with Challenor on an ongoing basis should give those who see Hayton's involvement in the pushback against TRAs pause, because at best that's a terrible error in judgement.
