Having familiarised myself with this person, how in the name of holy fuck has he not been arrested? He seems to be laughing at people while hiding in plain sight. So very, very disturbing.

Yes, Fekko.

www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/female-transsexual-walks-free-court-8546941

"Judge David Ticehurst said he had difficulty sentencing Owen because courses designed to help sex offenders reform were only available to men".

"Patrick Mason, who was defending Owen, said the offences had occurred just before she began her gender reassignment and she had been in a "difficult, sad" place".

He added: "She was literally a different person when she committed these offences."

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 30/05/2019 08:43

That’s ok then. So I can commit a crime. ‘Find god’, change my name to Mary Magdalene - and become a completely different person. So all charges of murder, theft, arson and stealing cans from babies will magically be dropped? Hey I’ve found a legal loophole!

Popchyk · 30/05/2019 08:58

Yes, particularly with sexual offences, there is often a long time between the original offence and it ever seeing court. And statistically few sexual offences ever get to court. Only 4% of sexual offences ever get prosecuted, down to 1.9% for rape.

In the case that I linked to, it was 12 years between the offences and the court appearance.

Even where someone is charged quickly after a sexual offence, it often takes at least 6 months for the case to get to court - much longer in more serious cases. That's plenty of time to consider your gender identity. And the mitigation of "stress of gender identity issues" can be mooted in your defence in court.

Like in this case. The offender committed the offences in 2017 and was only dealt with this month.

www.plymouthherald.co.uk/news/local-news/transgender-ex-soldier-child-rape-2888899

"Mr Barry White, defending, said Davies suffers from severe psychiatric problems arising from her gender dysphoria, and was sectioned in 2017. He is autistic and had been diagnosed with severe depression".

"He said Davies was sent on a sex offenders' course in 2016 but was unable to complete it because of her gender issues and had received some one-to-one treatment from the probation service instead".

JY has a personality disorder (see screenshot)
JY is also an abusive, manipulative horror and we need to keep shining a light on JY's behaviour.

Oh my goodness Kittens, I thought you were joking but it seems not Shock

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 30/05/2019 09:52

I can claim that I have a personality disorder. If my nearest and dearest can’t convince me - or stop me - from parading down the high street naked or dressed as a space chicken then I can’t really complain that I am being humiliated when people stare, laugh or bake call. What if I decided that as a space chicken I am absolutely entitled to crouch down a ‘lay an egg poo‘ on the pavement. Am I allowed to do this because I have a personality disorder?

Being a self entitled, exhibitionist bully isn’t a disorder.

Look at me
Look at me!
Look at me!!!!!!
He looked at me! Wahhhhhhhhhhj

HumberElla · 30/05/2019 09:57

Again this could be viewed as manipulation of language. Males who engage in behaviour around children that society finds repellent must not be bullied or shamed. We might accept that they have a personality disorder.

A different and softer lens through which to view the behaviour. And we find ourselves accepting it and protecting the behaviour. Because condemning it is bullying and abuse.

Muststopfaffing · 30/05/2019 10:02

I think we need to be aware of not labelling JY as “mentally ill.” JY almost certainly has a personality disorder (narc) and more than 1 fetish/paraphilic interest but these are not, strictly speaking, mental illnesses. Labelling JY as such allows JY to excuse JY’s behaviour in much the same way as a certain L Madigan claims autism or whatever the latest one is to excuse their shitty behaviour. It’s a disservice to those with actual mental health problems.

AnotherLass · 30/05/2019 10:08

I actually think that this is an interesting post from Yaniv. I presume that he has been diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder, or possibly antisocial personality disorder.

Personality disorders do not count as diminished responsibility in law

(Also, of course, they do not mean you aren't an evil asshole. They are another way of saying that you are an asshole)

BlackeyedGruesome · 30/05/2019 10:11

Or a disability, autism is a disability.

TheGoalIsToStayOutOfTheHole · 30/05/2019 12:53

Those bigots over at Mumsnet are misgendering again, this time about our favourite trans woman from Canada who likes to ask 10 year old girls about their tampons. Won’t someone think of poor Jessica?!”

Well that wouldn't surprise me that much tbh. Especially given the yowling by a fair few TARs when people 'misgendered' poor Ian Huntley! That it was a bullshit story seemingly is not relevant, its the fact that they would berate women for calling him a bloke..just because he apparently has fee fees that say hes not a blokw.

RuffleCrow · 30/05/2019 15:44

I think it's very unlikely he has autism. The level of deviousness and manipulation he displays would be extremely rare in someone who had diminished theory of mind. One of my favourite things about people on the spectrum is that what you see is generally what you get.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 30/05/2019 16:54

I think we’ve seen about as much as we can stomach thank you very much.

SpinsterOfArts · 30/05/2019 17:05

I've just noticed this in Yaniv's Powerpoint from the video.

'LGBTQ youth need to stand up and fight against sexual harassment such as being called f, tr--, WaxMyBalls, etc, and fight back when refused service.'

Is Yaniv identifying as a trans-aged 'youth' now too?

KatvonHostileExtremist · 30/05/2019 18:27

Talking about transitioning somehow erasing crimes, penis news is very sad because a RAPIST can't change his name to something more brave and stunning.

www.pinknews.co.uk/2019/05/29/trans-women-sue-pennsylvania-forcing-male-names/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=Buffer&utm_campaign=PN

I mean, why would the state need to keep tabs on a rapist. Beats me.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 30/05/2019 19:00

Maybe if they were taking men there would be more compassion. To the victims I mean. Not the poor wee misunderstood and obviously traumatised by their gender turmoil rapist.

justju · 30/05/2019 19:07

I'm amazed this thread is still standing. In a good way.

deepwatersolo · 30/05/2019 19:45

So, what's up with Yaniv these days? Has she already found some menstruating pre-teen to wax her balls or what?

JustAnotherWoman · 31/05/2019 00:29

Interesting the twitter thread as well as a lot of replies that would normally have led to an immediate suspension is still standing, as is this thread

Has JY lost their privileged position to get content and people they don't like removed from social media? And has MO backing away from JY anything to do with that?

KatvonHostileExtremist · 31/05/2019 08:32

justanotherwomen
You're right. This feels all weird. I got a comment deleted (few months back) for making up a song about JV and ball waxing. I didn't even say the name.......
Yet something's shifted.

Took Oger long enough to realise they needed to distance themselves.

Yavin is a time bomb for TRAs

KatvonHostileExtremist · 31/05/2019 08:32

Twitter is going to look very very stupid

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 31/05/2019 08:35

Twitter doesn’t care. I see some horrible comments and downright lies/gaslighting that never get taken down. But call a spade a spade and ‘puff’.

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 31/05/2019 08:59

There is a growing train of thought on the farms and other places that these pathetic little TRAs don't know about than Yaniv has exhausted his Twitter power.

Whether that's by being just so blatantly toxic even Jack can't stand it any more or some other reason, not sure. But his insta-ban powers seem to be disappearing as fast as the neckline of his dress!

KittensinaBlender · 31/05/2019 10:51

thenightsky - the outfits on that site are not even that bad compared to some he wears. Not only that but I’ve witnessed him be very abusive in person, calls women fat and ugly to their faces, is agressive and rude to frontline staff etc. It is really very little to do with the actual clothes and more to do with having a boundary violation fetish. For both him and Yaniv, it’s a type of flashing - the sexual thrill comes from imposing a sexual encounter on an unwilling participant/ participants.

nauticant · 31/05/2019 11:02

It's the tension between two things: the "acceptance without exception" approach and wanting to shut down any non-cheerleading discussion in public.

These two factors can normally work together but when someone like Yaniv appears they end up working against each other. At that point acceptance moves to silence and eventually to (very quiet) expulsion. It looks like TRAs are currently in the silence phase and are starting to consider expulsion as public awareness grows.
