I came across this on McKinnon's twitter feed, and it screams out that McKinnon is a mysoginist and woman hater.

If Rachel thinks women’s toilets are dangerous she can always go back to using the men’s.

What threat do we actually pose?

I don’t fear transwomen as a rule but I’m an adult woman who is actually the size of a 12 year old. The transwoman who lives on my street is a good foot taller than me, broader and stronger looking. I don’t fear her as she’s never given me issue to but I’d be amazed if she saw me as a threat in a toilet.

Do I need an empowering baseball bat to be empowered, empoweringly?

I’ve just tried to have a look at this on Twitter, only to find I am blocked, so I can’t see what has been written. I’m suprised, because not only have I never interacted with McKinnon, I’ve never actually tweeted anything at all. I do follow a couple of gc accounts.

Now, without wanting to derail the thread, this strikes me as odd. If I had a really strong belief in something, I’d want as many people as possible to hear my views, not just preaching to the converted.

Men forget all the time that women are smaller, and what that might mean to our daily life.

Even though they know that if they're approached aggressively by someone 6 inches taller, and 1/5th larger they'd back off because they're not idiots, they conveniently forget that that's the status of the majority of women vs. the majority of men (male average height/weight 5'9"/13 stone, women's 5'3/11 stone).

Mckinnon operates their own block list. There is a way of finding out whose block list you are on. Can't remember how right now but will check.

Well if McKinnon is frightened of women in women's toilets, then perhaps Rachel shouldn't use them.

Sounds ridiculous. I don’t even see why RM gets pissy at the other person who talks about the threat from men. Hate the way everyone bows to RM, offering to delete tweets etc.

To avoid scary women, use the gents. Easy.

Do they support the idea of a third bathroom choice, safe from cismen and ciswomen. Are they advocating a binary choice of a cisbathroom and a transbathroom which ignores sex? Should women be banned from public toilets? WTF do they want?

By McKinnon's argument, third spaces would be the perfect solution.

McKinnon is doing an exceedingly good job at 'womaning' if they perceive women to be so horrible and threatening.

Couldn’t be bothered to read most of the thread, being blah blah cis this and cis that. However, one person saying they were afraid until they realised that some of our loos are nicely decorated showed the truth to the lies.

I'm now a fan of the 'bondage slut intersectional feminist', who is so woke that she's apologised for anything she may possibly have said in support of RM that could possibly be misinterpreted to mean that cis women aren't the greatest threat in the world to everyone.

Fair point. I’m happy to delete my tweets if that would be appropriate. My intention was to be supportive but if the impact of my statements is negative then I chose my words poorly and have no issues retracting them.
